RETURN AND WARRANTY POLICY

PRODUCT EXCHANGE & RETURNS (TERMS AND CONDITIONS): 

At Power Probe, Inc., we are so confident you will be satisfied with your purchase from our web store, that we completely guarantee customer’s satisfaction with a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our product within 30 days, please let us know, we can either exchange your item or refund your money back, GUARANTEED! Provided, the product must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase and the item(s) must BE IN PERFECT CONDITION WITH ALL COMPONENTS, PACKAGING AND MANUALS INCLUDED. Otherwise, a 20% restocking fee will be applied if these conditions were unmet. Guarantee only applies to purchases made through our web store. Proof of purchase is required and must be inspected by Power Probe, Inc. before refund or credit is issued.

The customer is liable for all shipping costs when returning or exchanging an item to Power Probe, Inc. unless the product has been damaged all during shipping. This policy also applies to warranty returns.

All purchase price for all items at time of sale is final.

In the event you need to return or exchange an item, due to damages, missing items/components and wrong orders, please call Customer Service immediately at 888-201-9831, Monday to Friday, 7:00AM-3:30PM (PST) to report the issue.

No refund or credit will be issued for defective or damaged product until product is returned and inspected at Power Probe, Inc. facility. Customer is responsible for sending the merchandise back to our company's facility.

PRODUCT WARRANTY (FOR CIRCUIT TESTERS ONLY): 

Our products undergo a strict quality control inspection for workmanship, function, and safety before leaving the factory. However, if your circuit tester fails to perform resulting from a defect in parts or workmanship within 12 MONTHS of the original ship date, we will repair or exchange it at NO charge. We strictly adhere and refer to the product’s serial number as proof of Distribution and Warranty.

This warranty may be void if the product was damaged due to misuse, tampering, or accident.
