Power Probe Warranty

Power Probe products undergo a strict quality control inspection for workmanship, function, and safety before leaving the factory. From the date of purchase, we will warranty/repair Power Probe products for one (1) year against defects in parts and workmanship. All repairs due to misuse will be charged a fee not to exceed the cost of the tool. All warranty units must be accompanied by a copy of the original sales receipt. If your unit is out of warranty or you do not have a sales receipt there might be a nominal fee. Repaired items are normally shipped the day after receipt, unless we have to call you for payment of an out of warranty repair.
  1. DO NOT send in the case and accessories!
  2. If returning a torch, please CLEAR ALL GAS before shipping!
  3. If returning a Power Probe, please remove the Probe Tip before shipping.
  4. Pack your items in a suitable container for shipping.
  5. Fill in the information below.
  6. Click the SUBMIT button to send your info.
  7. Print the RMA Request Form and include it with the items you are returning.
